
Understanding your GOLDENEDGE AI license
Allows installation and use on one trading account. The license is tied to your account number and cannot be transferred to another account.
Allows use on multiple trading accounts (up to 5 accounts). Each account requires separate license activation.
Important: Your license is subject to the following restrictions:
Your GOLDENEDGE AI license is valid for the duration of the pack you purchased. Validity is tied to your pack period, not the lifetime of your account. Updates and support are included for the validity period of your pack.
All software updates, bug fixes, and improvements are included with your license for the validity period of your pack at no additional cost. You will be notified via email when updates are available.
If you change brokers and open a new trading account, you will need to purchase a new license for the new account. The license is tied to your account number, not your personal information.
If you're using the EA on a prop firm account (e.g., FTMO, MyForexFunds), each account requires its own license. Challenge accounts and funded accounts are considered separate accounts.
License transfers are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as account closure by broker), we may consider transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
The EA automatically verifies your license when it starts. The verification process:
If verification fails, check the "Experts" tab in MetaTrader for error messages and contact support if needed.
If you lose your license key, contact support with your purchase email address and account information. We can resend your license key or help you recover it.
Due to the digital nature of the product, license purchases are generally final. However, refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:
