Agreement

By accessing or purchasing our software products ("EA Bots"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our products.

1. Nature of Our Products

Our products are digital trading automation software provided on a license basis. They are Expert Advisors (EAs) designed for use on MetaTrader platforms — including Gold Sniper, Crypto Sniper, and Forex Sniper EA Bots — and are supplied as licensed software, not as a sale of goods.

2. License Grant

The purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may use the software in accordance with the license terms provided at the time of purchase. The license is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person or entity without our written consent.

3. Prohibited Uses

Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, modification, or sharing of the software is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or make the software available to any third party. Any such action may result in immediate termination of your license and possible legal action.

4. Performance and Responsibility

Software performance depends on market conditions, broker execution, and user configuration. We do not control market conditions, broker servers, or your settings; therefore we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. You are responsible for your own configuration and trading decisions.

5. No Investment Services

We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or profit guarantees. Our EA Bots are technical tools for automated execution only. You should not rely on us or the software for financial or investment advice. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

6. License Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses in case of policy violations or misuse. If we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, shared your license, or used the software in an unauthorized way, we may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice where permitted by law.

7. Changes to Prices and Terms

Prices, features, and license terms may change without prior notice. We are not obliged to notify you in advance of such changes. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where applicable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant license delivery, all sales are final.

Refunds will be considered only under the following condition:

• Proven technical malfunction of the software that cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 working days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Market losses
• Incorrect settings or broker issues
• Change of mind after purchase
• Poor performance due to market conditions

Subscription cancellations will stop future billing but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
